Finishing is part of the part — not an afterthought.

Surface treatment changes how a part wears, conducts, looks and meets regulatory requirements. We treat finishing as a core process, not something farmed out at the end. That means consistent batch-to-batch colour matching, validated process controls, and finishes that come back exactly as specified the first time.

Finishes available

Twenty-plus finishes, all under one roof.

Anodising

Type II clear, black, gold, red, blue and custom colours. Type III hard-coat anodising for wear-resistant aluminium parts.

Powder coating

Any RAL or Pantone colour. Texture, gloss and matte finishes. Outdoor-rated systems for marine and industrial use.

Passivation

Citric and nitric acid passivation for stainless steel parts to AMS 2700 and ASTM A967 standards.

Electropolishing

Mirror-bright finishes on stainless steel for medical, semiconductor and food-contact parts.

Polishing & bead blasting

Mechanical polishing to mirror or satin. Glass bead, aluminium oxide and walnut shell media blasting.

Laser marking

Permanent serial numbers, logos, QR codes and UDI marking. Black, white and colour-change marking on metals and engineered plastics.

DLC coating

Diamond-like carbon coating for low friction, high wear-resistance applications. Common in implants, cutting tools and precision mechanisms.

PVD coating

TiN, CrN, AlTiN and other physical vapour deposition coatings for tooling, decorative and functional applications.

Plating

Zinc, nickel, chrome and electroless nickel plating. Gold and silver plating for electrical contact applications.

Why finishing matters

The finish is what your customer touches.

An anodised housing that doesn't colour-match across a batch makes a product look cheap. A passivation step that's skipped leads to surface rust before the part ships. A laser marking that fades fails a UDI audit. These small finishing details determine how a customer perceives the quality of the whole part.

Every finished part we deliver gets a final visual inspection against your approved sample, with rejected parts re-worked or scrapped — never shipped.
