Our partner machine shops run a fleet of 35+ CNC machining centres including 5-axis simultaneous mills, multi-spindle Swiss-style lathes and high-precision Y-axis turning centres. That combination lets us tackle parts most ANZ shops won't quote — deep pockets, undercuts, threaded features, family-of-parts production — at competitive pricing.

Every order ships with the inspection data you need: dimensional reports against your drawing, material certificates, and full traceability back to the heat lot.

What we can produce.

Tolerance

Standard tolerance ±0.05 mm. Tight-tolerance work to ±0.01 mm available with the right material and feature geometry.

Maximum part size

Milling envelope up to 1500 × 800 × 600 mm. Turning up to Ø500 mm × 1500 mm. Larger parts on request.

Surface finish

As-machined Ra 1.6 µm standard, down to Ra 0.4 µm with secondary operations or polishing.

Wall thickness

Down to 0.5 mm in metal and 1.0 mm in plastic for stable, repeatable production.

Lead time

Prototypes in 3–7 working days. Production runs scheduled to your release date.

Quantities

From 1 piece for prototypes to 10,000+ for repeat production. No minimum order.

Materials

A material library that covers most engineering applications.

Aluminium

6061-T6, 7075-T6, 2024, 5052, 5083 and cast tool plates. Widely available, well-priced and easy to anodise.

Stainless steel

303, 304, 316/316L, 17-4 PH and 440C. Marine, food-contact and medical-grade applications supported.

Titanium

Grade 2 (commercially pure), Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Grade 23 (medical ELI). Implantable-grade traceability available.

Tool & alloy steels

1018, 1045, 4140, A2, D2, S7 and H13. Heat treatment to your specified hardness range.

Copper & brass

C101 (high-conductivity copper), C110, C260 brass, C360 free-machining brass, C932 bearing bronze.

Engineering plastics

Acetal (POM), nylon, PEEK, PTFE, polycarbonate, ABS, PMMA, ULTEM and HDPE.
